Shattered food plate, Healed Heart

The Shepherd finds little lambs in all kinds of different situations in need of His loving help. John 10:13,14 Jesus said. "The hired hand runs away because he is just there for the money and has no real concern for the sheep. I am the GOOD SHEPHERD....And I lay down My life for the sheep."
While walking down the hall in a nursing home in Oaklawn, a few days ago I heard a lady call out. "HELP somebody come help her." When I entered the little lounge (where they keep the Starbucks coffee machine :=)) a lady was halfway forward out of her wheelchair and the only other person in the room was another lady in a wheelchair across the room at another table. So seeing the lady reaching for her plate and fork on the floor, I picked it up and set it down in front of her on the table and helped her sit back upright. Believing strongly in God ordained meetings I asked her name and "how can I pray for you?' She mumbled something and started reaching for the different things on the table. I realized something was NOT quite right, so I prayed and put my hand on her shoulder and blessed her in the Mighty Name of Jesus. She grabbed the plate and held it out then pitched it and the fork onto the floor shattering it. I asked her did she not like the food? Then after another unrelated answer from her, I began to pray, claiming the Blood of Jesus and binding and resisting the enemy in this room. I then put my hand on her head and prayed blessings of supernatural peace and love and joy to come all over her. She got quiet so I said, Now YOU pray with me and was able to then lead her in a prayer. I gave her my Psalm 23 card and pointed to the Lord with the lamb in His hands and told her that is YOU now. She began to look at it and I turned to thank the other lady for calling me in and could I pray for her? She immediately said, I am OK I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses. I asked again would you allow me to pray for you? She relaxed and agreed that would be good. I prayed for her and claimed the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ washed us clean from all of our sins and we rest our souls completely in Jesus' loving hands. She thanked me and I gave her one of my Ps. 23 cards and went down the hall.
I visited and prayed with many men and women, then I saw a lady with her back to the door in a wheelchair by the second bed and Holy Spirit prompted me to go in and offer prayer to her. She was quiet and when I inquired she had just been told she had cancer, and "I just can't do this right now." I said let me pray for you and then I'll leave. She let me take her hand and begin to pray and after a few minutes I asked her to pray with me and she did. When I finished she said, "I feel much better now, thank you for coming."
Going by the lounge room on the way out I peeked in to see how the two ladies were doing. They were both looking at the Psalm 23 cards quietly!
Lastly I ask the Father if there is anyone else He wants me to talk to before I leave. The last patient room, "Carmen" was looking out from her room, Holy Spirit pointed me into her room and in a few minutes of sharing the Good Shepherd Story she was weeping and calling on Jesus letting Him gently pick her broken soul up into His loving hands and wash all her sins away and comfort her. I prayed with her roommate and then added that Jesus said these powerful words and of the billions of us who have walked the earth HE is the only one who NEVER lied or hinted at deception. He said, "YOU shall never perish, and NO one can snatch them out of MY hand." She looked very apologetic and began to say,"I am very sorry I don't have any money to give you."
I came over to her and said very seriously looking her right in the eyes. "When Jesus was on the cross was He asking for money?" NO! He was paying the whole price and He NEVER asked anyone in the entire Holy Bible for money, did He? He just wants you to receive from Him, that which money can not buy. His eternal comfort for your soul."
She cried and thanked me again as I prayed over her for blessings and healing before I left.
John 10:11 "I am the GOOD SHEPHERD; the GOOD shepherd gives His LIFE for the sheep."

Thank you for your prayers and partnering with us for these dear little lambs,
Becky

Jesus in Genesis 3

Genesis the beginning. Chapter 2 verse 15 And The LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and keep it. When Jesus came to earth He came to "put" man into the BEAUTIFUL relationship with God to live in His peace "that surpasses all understanding" The Garden of Edenic Love, Joy, and Peace of communion with the Holy Spirit all day as we walk with Him.
In verse 18 The LORD said, "It is NOT good that the man should be alone; I will MAKE him an helper suitable for him." Jesus is the one who came in with the idea of a man and a woman living in perfect harmony together LIVING, LOVING, and EXPERIENCING THE PRESENCE OF GOD TOGETHER.
Jesus is the creator of the Joy filled life, ("In His presence is fullness of joy for evermore") so He gave Adam the great privilege of creative thought in verse 19. He created a great managery  of animals to look at, enjoy and name. When he had done that, Adam looked unfulfilled in his life. Since "The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want/lack" Jesus made Adam fall into a deep sleep and performed a 'rib-ectomy' and made Eve for Adam to have a female  companion, wife, and mother of his children and enjoy the wonderful relationship they had with Jesus together for ever.
Philippians 4:19 "My God WILL supply ALL your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Chapter 3
Then the sneaky serpent slithered in and scammed poor Eve into the WORST DECISION ANYONE CAN EVER MAKE...to decide God didn't say what He said, and if He did, He really didn't mean it, SOOO I am going to go with what I want instead. BANG, now Adam had to be with his woman. Then they make the first camoflage outfits in history, demonstrating mankind's poor effort to cover his own sins by humanly inadequate means.
Jesus comes looking for them to fellowship and enjoy their company and finds they have violated His trust so He sets in motion the redemption story.
In chapter 3 verse 21 Jesus is pictured prophetically as shedding His precious blood (the skins of the animals He made coats for them out of) and becoming the beautiful picture, our covering of Righteousness Himself.
After He mercifully drove them out of the Garden of Eden before they could get in anymore trouble while they waited for the fulfillment of His Redemption, He locked the door and set guards at the gate. In John chapter 10 He explains that HE/JESUS IS THE DOOR/GATE. By Jesus  giving His life for His sheep they can get in to the joyfilled presence of The LORD again.

In Jesus we have the Eden relationship; man and woman in harmony together.
In Jesus we see the One who cares so much for the well being of our souls that He comes seeking us even when  we mess up our lives and run from Him..
In Jesus we are clothed in His righteousness by His sacrificial death.
In Jesus we are protected from the enemy of our soul being able to control our lives and make us miserable slaves to his wicked ways. Hallelujah what a Great Savior is JESUS!

Jesus in Genesis 2

Jesus in Genesis 2
The heavens and the earth were finished,( Jesus CRIED "It is FINISHED") and on the 7th day God ended His work which He had done/made; and He rested on the 7th day from all His work which He had DONE/made. John 19:28 "After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now DONE/accomplished that the scripture might be fulfilled..."
We see Jesus in Genesis doing all the work in CREATING everything without mans help.
Then we see Jesus Re-making all things new, creating us in Him by His "work" of atoning sacrifice.
He sees it is good and it is complete/FINISHED. He hangs His Holy Head and gives up the ghost, entering into sleep/death/rest.
The beauty of the picture of the Garden with lots of growth and the river of water running verse 6 streams came UP out of the ground and watered the garden in which grew the trees(Jesus) that were pleasing to the eyes and good for food. Jesus is pleasing to the EYES OF OUR HEARTS, and GOOD for food for our SOULS. The River(Jesus) verse 10 flowed from the Garden of Eden(Jesus)"the perfection of beauty"Ps 50:2. In John chapter 4 Jesus tells the woman at the well of the River that HE IS, that never runs dry.  In verse 14 .."whoever drinks the water that I shall give him will NEVER thirst again. (Hey! NOW that's what I call a RIVER of unending thirst quencher. Better than Gatorade on a 90 degree day working hard in the hot sun! )
The 7th verse speaks to us of the man being made of the ground of earth and Jesus breathing into his nostrils the breath of life; and he became a living soul. (So that he could get up and work in the garden.) Just like Jesus BREATHED on them in the upper room and then said, "Receive the Holy Spirit" which was for the "work of the reconciliation ministry" that He was commissioning them to do. Showing His little lost lambs that ALL is forgiven IN JESUS. HE is our Righteousness.

Jesus in Genesis 2 is The Creator. He is the RECREATOR of new life in us.
Jesus in Genesis 2 is The Garden of Eden ,Beautiful Beyond Description.
Jesus in Genesis 2 is The River flowing up out of the ground that gives LIFE and SUSTAINS life.
Jesus in Genesis 2 is The Breather of Life into mankind...for the Heavenly Work He calls each of us to do.
Hallelujah! WHAT A SAVIOR, JESUS JESUS JESUS

Jesus In Genesis

"The Greatest Bible Study in the History of Mankind" I heard someone say years ago probably in a sermon from Luke 24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, He expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning Himself." I've always wondered, "what would it be like to hear Jesus teach through the entire Old Testament 'All things concerning' Jesus"?  After all didn't He say, "Search the scriptures (O.T.) For in them ye think ye have eternal life; and they are they which testify of ME." John 5:39
Sooooo I began to study and meditate on and pray seriously into that question and it is as if Holy Spirit said, "Just ask and you shall receive, I would be glad to walk you through that which your heart desires, to get to know 'Jesus in Genesis'. Then Exodus and all the way to Malachi. It will be a wonderful time for you."
The following is what I got for me. If it helps anyone else to hear my ramblings and be blessed by the time I spent with My Lord Jesus....ALL Praise Be to HIS Wonderful Name!!

In the beginning God, Jesus, "Yes I AM, and was and always will be God The Son". created the heaven and the earth. "Thomas told you Jn 20:28 when he put his finger into my spear pierced side "My Lord and my God." Didn't I create new eyes out of mud and make the blind man see? Didn't I put life back into my friend Lazarus when he was starting to decay in death?
v.3 And God said let there be light: and there was light. John recorded when I said, I am the Light of the world. I reaffirm MY Light in My Revelation "the city had no need of the sun,...the Lamb is THE LIGHT thereof. Rev. 21:23. Then Rev. 22:5 "the LORD GOD gives them light:"

Then I SAID, "Let there be a firmament" and "Let there be lights in the firmament" THEN I said, "Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that has life. And I created the birds to fly above the earth and I created the great whales and every living creature and I saw that it was good. And I blessed them, with perpetuation of the species and it all looked SOOO good to ME.
Now I said Let us make man in Our Own image, after Our likeness. The Icing on the Cake."
